AGREEMENT
I understand that the material in these tapes and article is strictly for personal use only. I agree not to duplicate the material in any way, including electronically, without the explicit written permission of Somax. I agree not to use the material in these tapes or articles for professional, educational or commercial purposes. I understand that failure to keep these agreements can cause Somax financial loss and agree to pay Somax $100,000 in liquidated damages should I fail to keep these agreements in any way.
I understand that any exercises or stretches can be risky and agree to consult my physician before starting them. I agree to hold harmless Somax and any of its employees for any pain, injury or inconvenience that may arise from its stretches or exercises.
I agree to settle any disputes by arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Marin County, CA, USA.
